**Once you see the two X X‘s next to your item in this weeks total that indicates the invoice has been sent to the winning bidder and the auction is officially over for that item (This can take up to an hour after that lot is finished). That amount then will not be listed in your current running total so as the invoices are generated you may notice your current running total decreasing.
All consigned items must be DAMAGE free and in WORKING ORDER unless stated by the consignor at time of drop off. Items should be cleaned before bringing them in as well please especially if they were stored or in a smoke filled house. Any issue that may bring the value down on any item must be disclosed upfront in writing. if an item comes back not working or damage that was not disclosed we return the item to the consignor, give the bidder a refund and charge the lost commission on the sale to the consignor if deemed it was the consignors fault the item came back. We do not test items for consignors we just photograph them and type the listings you supply or any details you supply with the items.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY WINNING BIDDER
It happens, we don’t like it either. When it does happen it causes us all extra work. Unclaimed items (unclaimed or not paid for items still here after 7 days after auction close will be offered to the runner up bidder or relisted as non paying bidder items. (The bad bidder would be suspended)
