This should not happen unless your computer or device is over 8 years old and you no longer get updates or you have a firewall or security setting the prevents this from working.  Having the latest java updates on your device/computer is imperative as this is new technology and it may not work on outdated browsers and those not updating the browsers when prompted.  Older computers and devices often have updates stopped as well as they are no longer able to update to the latest technology.

If your device/computer is less than 8 years old and gets regular software updates and you run into any issue please let us know so we can try to fix this for you and others with the same problem.  We have tested this extensively but it is possible you have a unique situation.

OUR NEW TECHNOLOGY
Keep in mind this is brand new for us as well, we do not have a large research and development team or extensive combinations of test devices to do trials on.  We need your feedback to better our software.  We test everything we possibly can, sometimes when we fix one thing it breaks something else without our knowledge and we do use third party software as well so we rely on a specialty company that relays the video and a different company to do our bid system hardware and it all has to work as if it was all one cohesive system.  Ideally it will be just that… if not please don’t be frustrated and send us a support ticket that just says “its not working” that will not help you or us.  Instead take the time to let us know what you see, what is working and not working, what kind of device you are using and if you don’t know all that info to share with us, find the closest teenager to help you as they know more than we do these days about these inter webbie thing a ma bobs!
