OUR NEW TECHNOLOGY<\/strong>
\nKeep in mind this is brand new for us as well, we do not have a large research and development team or extensive combinations of test devices to do trials on.\u00a0 We need your feedback to better our software.\u00a0 We test everything we possibly can, sometimes when we fix one thing it breaks something else without our knowledge and we do use third party software as well so we rely on a specialty company that relays the video and a different company to do our bid system hardware and it all has to work as if it was all one cohesive system.\u00a0 Ideally it will be just that… if not please don’t be frustrated and send us a support ticket that just says “its not working” that will not help you or us.\u00a0 Instead take the time to let us know what you see, what is working and not working, what kind of device you are using and if you don’t know all that info to share with us, find the closest teenager to help you as they know more than we do these days about these inter webbie thing a ma bobs!<\/div>\n
